The Role:
As a Member of Technical Staff in AI Research, you'll tackle the hardest problems in the healthcare administration space. You’ll play a critical role in building and scaling the core AI abstractions that power rapid iteration and deployment of Anterior's products. . You’ll work closely with clinical scientists and product teams to take advanced research concepts to production.

What You’ll Do:
Solve complex challenges in the healthcare domain by applying frontier research to build accurate, reliable, and explainable AI solutions.
Conduct research inspired by real-world product challenges, delivering practical, state-of-the-art solutions.
Train, and evaluate Anterior’s family of clinical reasoning models.
Design robust data pipelines to ensure high-quality training and evaluation for models.
About You:
Proficient in Python, Golang, or Rust with a proven track record of building high-quality software.
Strong understanding of distributed data processing and large-scale system architecture.
Some experience working with large language models (e.g., OAI, Anthropic, Mistral) and smaller language models (e.g., Llama, Phi).
Ability to navigate complex problems and effectively communicate solutions.
Highly motivated, curious, and prefer fast, iterative collaboration over extensive solo projects.
Strong Candidates may also:
Have authored research papers in ML
Have experience building explainable, fault-tolerant AI systems
