About the Role
Our default in-person work culture means the workplace isn’t a slow, sleepy space where people come in ‘on occasion’. Its our mission control center, the beating heart of the company, where the team come to focus, collaborate and ultimately have fun. The workplace manager’s influence will extend far beyond New York, with team members coming to the city from our other two hubs (London and Colorado) frequently - they will be core ensuring connectivity and building our culture within and between Anterior hubs. They will be the ‘front door’ to Anterior.
What You’ll Do
You'll be critical to managing our office move this Spring, working closely with our COO and Chief of Staff—driving coordination across interior designers, landlords, and managing timelines
You'll own the running of our workplace, managing key vendor relationships to ensure it's always organized, equipped, and welcoming—from plant maintenance to keeping snacks replenished
You'll proactively identify workplace improvements and implement employee feedback on amenities and facilities
You'll manage all mail operations and maintain our merchandise inventory
You'll be the point person for all in-office events and external event participation
You'll own end-to-end team-building activities and celebrations
You'll coordinate with vendors to create and maintain a welcoming space
You'll greet new candidates and investors, creating a great first impression
About You
You’re low ego and get sh** done
You see a problem and your first impulse is fix it yourself
You have prior experience managing a fast-paced and rapidly growing office (startup experience a plus)
You get a dopamine high from ticking things off your to do list
Your friends would describe you as extremely organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

You have strong project management skills, capable of juggling multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
You’re constantly looking for a quicker way to do things, when someone tells you its going to take a certain amount of time, you’re finding a way to half it
You’re an outstanding communicator; verbal and written
You’re based in New York and excited to work in person full-time 5x a week!
