You'll leverage your health insurance and nursing expertise and knowledge of healthcare systems to contribute to the development and refinement of our cutting edge AI clinician. About the role
You'll complete clinical reviews on client cases to analyze accuracy and quality of product
You'll proactively identify potential challenges and work to develop solutions before issues escalate
You'll play an integral part in the development of new features or services, surfacing client insights and feedback
You'll analyze client usage data to identify trends and areas for improvement
You'll prepare and present reports on client performance and satisfaction metrics
You'll conduct regular audits of product processes, documentation, and outcomes to ensure compliance with internal and external standards
You'll lead quality improvement initiatives
About you
You have a minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience and a minimum of 3 years in direct patient care
You have a minimum of 2 years' experience in Utilization Management, case management, care coordination, or other health insurance clinical processes
You have a natural ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
You'll step up to leading and enjoy thinking critically about problems
You have extensive knowledge of clinical workflows and healthcare regulations
You're an excellent written and verbal communicator, enabling you to form trusting relationships with customers
You have an entrepreneurial spirit, with a drive to create and innovate, and you do not require much hand-holding to get things done
You have the ability to identify and solve complex problems, as well as the communication skills to effectively convey your ideas and solutions to a diverse audience
You have high empathy for the customer, putting them first; this may mean working outside of standard business hours to accommodate their needs

Clinical Review Interview (15 mins): Here, you'll meet either the Hiring Manager or a team member of a similar level who will run you through the scope of the take home exercise.
Take Home & Competency Deep Dive (45 mins hour): Following your submission of your take home, this session will run through aspects of your take home and is designed to give you a broader understanding of how we drive impact at Anterior.
Culture Interview (30 mins): A conversation with one of our leaders at the company. We assess your team fit based on our values.
