A company's product is only as valuable as the market and customers perceive it to be. Positioning, messaging, and communicating value to customers are critical to success. We're looking for a creative marketing "hacker" to help us leave our mark in the HealthTech category.
About the role
You'll identify and run a series of creative growth experiments end-to-end, doing whatever it takes to reach our audience most effectively – this could mean optimizing an existing channel or launching a completely new one
You'll set the tone of our marketing strategy over the next 6–12 months, including event-focused activations
You'll refine our messaging, ideate, and evolve our value proposition across channels, expanding the reach of our story among customers, potential customers, partners, and thought leaders
You'll create compelling content that propels Anterior's brand awareness and drives product/revenue traction—this may include pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, persona maps, or co-creating content with partners
You'll collaborate with customers to create compelling case studies and testimonials, and promote these stories across various channels to drive leads and build brand trust
You'll become an expert on our competitors, their capabilities, and how we position ourselves against them
You'll work with Sales and Customer Success to hone our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to drive pipeline and adoption
About you
You strike the right balance between art and science – you're creative yet understand the importance of ROI and data
You have experience with technical products and eagerly dive into the details
You're obsessed with language and presentation, with a reputation as a prolific executor
You're fast, strategic, and lead with energy. Decisive actions and a bold vision are in your DNA
You're creative and design-led – eager to learn, apply, and find new ways to stand out
You're comfortable with no-code tools like n8n, Zapier, and Integromat, and you've got a flair for creative tools like Figma, Canva, and Webflow
You may not have experience in healthtech but are excited by the challenge
You're willing to roll up your sleeves and tackle even the most tactical marketing tasks (building decks, creating/reviewing/editing content and copy, etc)
You're empathetic and curious – you love learning about customers and their problems
Hiring process & application
Review: Submit CV/resume
Screening call (30 mins): A call with our team to talk through your current/past experience, your motivations and tell you more about Anterior
Role fit interview (45 mins): Here, you'll meet either the Hiring Manager or a team member of a similar level to discuss your ways of working and understand your skillset and ability for the role.
Take-home & competency deep dive (1 hour) This interview usually consists of a practical element (case study, Presentation, Technical Problem Solving etc) designed to give you a broader understanding of how we drive impact at Anterior. This will be with the hiring manager and one other team member.
Culture interview (45 mins): A conversation with one of our Culture Champions. We assess your team fit based on our values.
