Anterior's deployments into the healthcare enterprise are sophisticated and highly technical. We serve some of the largest and most complex organizations in the world and require strong technical expertise to be embedded across all parts of the organization. Growth Engineers work closely across GTM, Product, and Engineering to beautifully capture, demonstrate, and communicate the value of Anterior and its products to our customers.
About the role
You'll be an integral part of the GTM team, responsible for building and maintaining demos, concepts, and other technical artifacts to drive Anterior's growth – all whilst also working closely with Product and Engineering
You'll serve as the technical expert within the GTM team, and for our customers throughout the sales cycle, representing the technical aspects of Anterior's products and deployments
You'll be a problem-solver for our customers, using your expertise in Anterior's products and technology as well as your deep understanding of customers' strategies and needs
About you
You have a strong eye for design, excellent intuition, deep empathy for user experiences, and an obsession with detail
You are strong technically and are comfortable being called a full-stack engineer, though you may have a bias in interest and competence towards front-end, web, application, and design engineering
You have great product sense and can wrangle ambiguous requirements into elegant solutions
You are commercially astute and are comfortable collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
You're deeply curious about your customers and their problems, and you are comfortable learning new technologies to drive growth initiatives
You are an excellent verbal, visual, and written communicator
Your peers would describe you as 'scrappy' and as a 'hustler'; you are a prolific executor with a customer-first mindset
You may not have experience in health tech but are excited to become an expert
You're based in (or willing to relocate to) New York and excited to work in a "default in-person" environment
Hiring process & application
Our hiring process generally follows these core stages. While the exact steps may vary, here's how it typically works:
Review: Submit your CV/resume and an example of work that you think best shows off your technical ability and eye for design
Screening call (30 mins): A call with our team to talk through your current/past experience, your interest in the role, and tell you more about Anterior
Role fit interview (45 mins): Here, you'll meet either the Hiring Manager or a team member of a similar level to discuss your ways of working and understand your skillset and ability for the role.
Take-home & competency deep dive (1 hour): This interview usually consists of a practical element (case study, Presentation, Technical Problem Solving, etc.) designed to give you a broader understanding of how we drive impact at Anterior. This will be with the hiring manager and one other team member.
Culture interview (30 mins): A conversation with one of our Culture champions. We assess your team fit based on our values.
