Getting Started

7. FAQs

Quick tips and ready-to-use examples for prompting success on FloNotes.

I want to bookmark the Anterior website - what’s the best link to add?

To ensure the best experience with the Anterior platform, we recommend bookmarking the following link:

https://anterior.app/x/florence

I’m having to log into the Anterior platform multiple times per day

For security reasons, given the sensitive nature of PHI, you will need to log into the platform once per day. This requires entering a 6-digit verification code sent to your MedWatch inbox.

If you’re being asked to log in more frequently, please double-check the link you’re using to access the platform. We recommend using:

https://anterior.app/x/florence

If the issue continues, please reach out to us by submitting feedback via the Help Center on the platform.

I'm having an issue with a case review

If you encounter a problem during a case review, please visit the Help Center and submit the feedback form.

When doing so, please keep your session open. A link to your session history is automatically included with your feedback, enabling our team to quickly review what happened and resolve the issue more efficiently.

Can I start a second session without ending the first?

Yes! Simply open another tab on your browser, navigate to FloNotes and start another session.

Can I share my session with a colleague?

Yes. To share your session, copy the URL (the link from the top of your browser) and send it. Your colleague should be able to see your session history and clinical documents.

I want to create and add my own templates

We’re working on this! Custom templates aren't supported just yet, but this feature is on our roadmap. If you have specific template needs, feel free to contact support at medwatch@anterior.com and our team will be happy to help.

You can also share your templates directly through the app - use the “Submit Feedback” option in the left sidebar of the Anterior app to send them to the team.

Is there a page limit for uploaded documentation?

Currently, FloNotes supports a 150 cumulative page limit. This means you can upload one document up to 150 pages or multiple documents up to 150 pages in total. For best performance, we recommend keeping individual documents under 50 pages when possible.

What types of files can I upload?

Uploaded documents should be in PDF format only.

Can I save my session history?

Not at the moment, but this feature is on our product roadmap and should be available soon. It's best to copy your work over to your internal system before ending a session.

💡 Tip: If you’re working on a FloNote, pressing “Copy” will automatically add a URL to your session at the top of the note. You can use this link to return to your FloNote history or share it with colleagues.

I've been waiting for FloNotes to respond for a while

FloNotes may take a few minutes to respond when processing long clinical documents. If it takes longer than 5 minutes, refresh the page and submit your request again.

If you continue experiencing issues, please keep your session open and submit your issue via the Help Center on the platform.

What if FloNotes misses something from the document?

FloNotes does its best to summarize accurately, but it may overlook specific details in complex clinical documentation. You can double-check the clinical documents using the citations. Alternatively, you can edit the FloNotes' template directly to add specific information or ask follow-up question to extract any additional details that may have been missed.

Can I upload patient sensitive-data to FloNotes?

Yes. FloNotes is designed to securely handle patient health information. All data is protected through encryption, access controls, and strict compliance with privacy and security standards.
